Kelly O’Connell has over 22 years of experience in originating residential and agricultural loans, and is currently Nationally Licensed as well as state licensed in Missouri and Illinois.

Kelly values each client’s needs and strives to provide them with a seamless transaction, with uncompromising service. She believes that education is power. For Kelly, it is so rewarding to help educate a client on one of the biggest investments of their lives. She prides herself on not keeping the typical business hours: she is available in the evenings and on the weekends to assist her clients. 

Kelly has extensive product knowledge and experience in purchases as well as refinances. These loan types include Conventional, FHA, VA, & USDA loans. She has assisted many clients with getting their first home by utilizing the USDA Rural Development Loan. This program is a wonderful option that allows a buyer to purchase a home with no money down. Kelly has also assisted many clients with saving hundreds of thousands of dollars by refinancing into a low interest rate.

Kelly is a native of Washington, Missouri and the Franklin County area. However, her services extend to all counties of Missouri and Illinois. She has built her business on referrals from past clients, friends, and family.
