Dave DeNoyer

Dave DeNoyer is a Senior Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage Company, Inc. He was born in St. Louis, attended Lindbergh High School and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.

Guild Mortgage Company, Inc. is a mortgage banker, meaning we handle all aspects of our loans from application to closing. We do not rely upon a third party to send funds to the closing table, and we service most all of our loans after closing. This greatly increases the likelihood of everything happening correctly, on time, every time with service after the closing.

Dave is a highly experienced mortgage loan officer assisting homebuyers since 1987. He has been ranked in the top 1% of all loan officers in the United States. His business was elevated to this level due to one simple guiding principal; always treat customers as he wants to be treated. When you combine this principal and his knowledge with someone who cares deeply about always delivering smooth and successful closings, it’s easy to see why he’s been ranked in the top 1%.

His entire population of customers are not a result of millions of dollars spent on mass advertising or commercial bank referrals.  The fact that 99.9% of Dave’s business comes from repeat customers, past customer referrals and real estate agent referrals, speaks volumes.
