About Me

Purchasing a new home can sometimes seem overwhelming as it is one of the largest purchases you make in a lifetime. Working with the right mortgage originator and company truly makes all the difference in the experience that partners and clients receive. I grew up on a small farm in Central Missouri. Strong work ethic and integrity was instilled in me at a young age. My wife, Laurie, and I are now passing these same values to our 3 children. After receiving a Bachelors Degree from University of Missouri-Columbia, I was commissioned as a 2nd LT in the US Army Field Artillery. I served for four years in the Army, assigned to Combat Operations in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After leaving the Army, I worked in the banking industry and then in the consulting industry with Ernst & Young.

In June of 2004 I opened a mortgage lending office in Osage Beach at the Lake of Ozarks. Over the last 14 years, I have been part of the ever changing lending environment—thriving, growing and adjusting my business systems so that my partners and clients can receive the highest customer experience available. I am proud to say that my business has always been 100% by referral. Gaining referrals by delivering high quality service to our partners and clients is the #1 priority for my team and I.

I am not only a mortgage originator; I strive to be a true Mortgage Professional levering my financial background and tax mitigation experience. My goal is to keep my clients for life. Please never hesitate to call with any questions you may have and of course any referral we can follow up with.

Ed did a great job and went the "extra mile" to make sure we got the best rate and terms. Very fast closing that was free of any hiccups. Highly Recommended!!
