Hi, I'm Karla, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage, serving homebuyers in Missouri and Kansas.

 

My journey into mortgage lending comes after a career in technology, where I learned the importance of problem-solving, attention to detail, and helping people navigate complex processes. I'm excited to bring that experience into a field where I can help people take meaningful steps toward homeownership. I believe buying a home starts with asking questions, understanding your options, and having someone who takes the time to listen. Whether you're preparing to buy your first home, exploring your home financing options, or considering refinancing, my goal is to help you feel informed and supported throughout the process. Building connections and helping people are important to me, and I'm passionate about making the home financing journey feel approachable and easier to understand. As a bilingual loan officer, I'm happy to connect with you in English or Spanish.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, caring for my plants and flowers, and designing custom yard greetings. I also enjoy learning new things and building genuine connections with people.
