Jeff was more than helpful!! He was there every step of the way and answered every silly and ridiculous question I thought I might have. =) Explained everything in detail so I understood and made sure I understood before we ended the call, EVERY SINGLE PHONE CALL! Which was important to me being first time home. He is the absolute BEST and soooooo sweet!!!! I had an honor and great pleasure working with Jeff and will forever be grateful for all his help!! Jeffrey is amazing. I never bought a house before so naturally I was nervous that I didn’t know what to do. Working with Jeffrey, I had every question answered, he was very patient, he guided me like we were strolling through the park. I mean, I thought the process was stress free. I couldn’t believe I was approved for my house in less than 3 weeks. I can’t say enough good things about working with Jeffrey.

Going through the process of selling and purchasing another home is always a rather daunting experience; however I had one of the worst experiences all around with the exception of working with Jeff and his team at Zillow!! Prior to working with Jeff and team, I had many lenders not giving me accurate information or purposefully misleading information which was extremely frustrating and led to tons of confusion. Inadvertently, I happened upon Jeff with Zillow just looking at a home listing and connecting with him turned out to be the absolute best thing in my home search. Jeff is absolutely amazing. he is so thorough and ensures that he gets as much information and documentation up front to be able to provide you the most transparent inaccurate information of how he and his team can assist you. At one point I was thinking about going with a different lender and Jeff was very gracious, but he went through various charges that the other lender provided and was able to give me accurate information where the other lender had not provided me the detail and information that was needed. The same company charged me for two different things that I asked not to be done and had even terminated the relationship; yet they still moved forward and charged me almost $900 and won't refund it! I'm still in the process of finding it!! Zillow has been completely transparent about every charge and every service. super clear, honest and helpful. I thought that the amazing customer service and it was Paul but was pleasantly surprised that transitioning from Jeff to Paul was seamless, but Jeff never left the team and continue to provide updates and encouragement throughout the process. Their communication is always very timely and very clear. I didn't have to worry about anything. anytime I had any interactions were 100% perfect. If you worked with Jeff and his team there is no way you would ever want to work with anyone else- hands down- if the rest of Zillow is as amazing as Jeff, Paul and team, then from realtor to closer that's where you need to give your business!! I was only fortunate enough to have one piece of the team, but that one piece made the entire difference in my house purchase and I would never use another lender if I had the opportunity except Zillow❤️❤️
