Jewel was absolutely amazing anytime I ever needed anything. She always picked up the phone and was available Anytime of the day ! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to buy a new home!

Jewel and her team were absolutely great. There were so many obstacles to get through and they push through all of them and was able to get me closed in a very short time frame when needed to!

Jewel was available for a call anytime we had questions regarding anything at all, which was incredible for us as first-time homebuyers. Jewel gave us answers to help us understand financing a home in depth, making us feel in total control of our own homebuying process. When we landed on a house near the top of our budget, Jewel helped work with us through some of the anxieties we had, and helped us find a rate that made the purchase make sense. She connected with us on a personal level and really could not have made us feel more comfortable with our decision to go with Guild Mortgage. Working with Jewel is one of the main reasons buying a house was more exciting than it was stressful!

When we had questions about why rates were what they were, why we needed escrow, or what any charge on the final cash due at closing was, Jewel gave us the answers backed by an explanation that made us feel in total control of our own homebuying process. Our first time buying a house could have been so rocky, but having Jewel to help us get the financing taken care of is one of the major reasons it was more fun than it was stress.

Jewel is amazing! I love working with her. However I do not like the the under writer or processor sends my clients incorrect docments and no explanation. Then they can not ask any one. Then told it will be corrected and checked before sent again. then when sent again, it was still wrong. They were told they would be getting money back and acuality they needed to bring approx $6k to closing. Again no explanation they understood. I understand that the numbers are just extimated and they were trying to get the documents out for the 3 day period. However they we so wrong my clients were so ready to walk away and now unhappy with me as their agent but Jewel too. Jewel did a great job of descolating the situation but is was not a great way to end with buyers we both worked with 2 1/2 years
