About me
Randy Morgan is the leader of The Randy Morgan Mortgage Team which includes Senior Loan Officer, Tina Watson; Loan Officer, David Willis; Originating Loan Officer Assistant, Tricia Cage; and Loan Processing Specialist, Crystal Liddle. They have a combined experience of over 41 years.
Randy Morgan earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Southeast Missouri State University in 1994. He began his career in finance as a loan officer for a local bank. With 23 years in the banking and mortgage business, he has closed over 7,000 mortgage loans.
While Mr. Morgan is experienced with all types of loans, from FHA and VA to Conventional and Jumbo, the majority of his business comes from first-time home buyers.
“There is nothing more fulfilling than watching first-time home buyers get their key at the closing table,” he states.
Randy lives in Barnhart with his wife of 23 years, Debra. He enjoys physical fitness, running, boating and spending time with his two dogs.

First off, a lot of people go on and on about the home buying process and how difficult or annoying it can be. Well, upon transferring out of the military and into civilian life Randy and his entire team made the process unbelievably easy. From discussing what my wife an I were looking at prices and budgets, then to their team doing everything in their power to speed the process up and give us reasonable and great advice I wouldn’t even want to look for another company to do business with because Randy and all of Guild did a phenomenal job.
The best of the best! We have bought two homes with Randy and will be our next one for him as well.
