As a high-producing manager with Guild Mortgage, I’ve built my reputation on delivering results, solving complex scenarios, and making the loan process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I specialize in a wide range of financing solutions, including government loans such as FHA, USDA, and VA, as well as refinance strategies, first time home buyer programs, and down payment assistance. My goal is always to help clients secure the best mortgage interest rates while structuring loans that truly fit their financial goals—not just today, but long term.

Beyond production—having closed over 1,500 loans and achieving millions in funded volume as of year-end 2025—I’m proud to be deeply involved in the community. I actively participate in and support local organizations, with ongoing memberships in the VFW Friends Group, Hannibal Chamber of Commerce, and the Mark Twain Realtors Association. I also serve as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Learning Opportunities Quality Works, Inc., where I contribute to initiatives that make a meaningful impact.
