She has a long history of working with borrowers in purchase and refinance transactions. Norma is very familiar with all aspects of lending and specializes in first-time home buyer programs and government loans. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and uses these abilities to reach a wide variety of customers.

Norma and her team were very patient, resourceful and professional, and walked me through every step of the process. Norman knew I was anxious and on a tight time line and yet had no idea what I was doing. She always made sure I understood the process and made educated well thought out decisions. She advocated for me and worked through the difficult VA Home Loan process. It's obvious that she loves what she does and that's why she's so dedicated and genuine with her clients.
