Michael Biales

Michael Biales is a Senior Mortgage Banker with over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining the mortgage industry, he spent five years of his career on the commercial lending side of the business. Michael graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance, Banking, and Real Estate.

Growing up, Michael frequently helped his dad with various home renovation projects and as a result isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. When it came time to purchase his first home, Michael bought a charming fixer-upper in University City and currently resides there with his wife (Melissa), son (Gibson), and daughter (Parker). Michael has also lived in four states and five cities across the U.S., and as such, understands the stresses involved in purchasing a home and moving. It is because of his experiences that he treats every client like family.

Michael has been certified as a Mortgage Planning Specialist and currently holds the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce designation. As such, Michael has a complex understanding of how different mortgage strategies impact all aspects of his clients’ financial wellbeing. He uses his knowledge and expertise to educate his clients because he believes that their mortgage is not only a debt, but a valuable tool to help them achieve their personal and financial goals. Honesty, integrity and excellent communication throughout the loan process are the reasons that his clients and referral partners trust Michael.
