My experience with Guild Mortgage was the best that I’ve ever had with any mortgage lender. Everything went smoothly, all my questions were answered clearly and fully, and their online portal was easy to navigate. Jack was readily available, easy to get ahold of, and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Guild again whenever I need to refinance!
We've worked with Jack through 2 previous home purchases and we were going to use him again until our personal situation changed. He has always been amazing to work with. He's VERY responsive to any questions and he is always willing to go the extra mile to help educate and provide ideas on things related to the housing market.
