Bradley Bradford

Brad Bradford has 23 years of mortgage banking experience. Mr. Bradford helped manage the growth of Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. (acquired by Guild in 2018) from a 2-person lending firm in 1996, to a consistent top 3 residential lender in Missouri and a Top 100 Lender in America as rated by Mortgage Executive Magazine. He has assisted in building a lending presence in 9 other states including Kansas, California, Ohio, Illinois, North Dakota, Florida, Texas, South Carolina and Utah.

Brad Bradford is a graduate of the University of Missouri St. Louis with a degree in accounting and passed the CPA exam shortly afterward. Mr. Bradford has personally closed over $350 million dollars in residential mortgages in his career and has managed and directed residential mortgage closings at Cornerstone in excess of $6 billion dollars.
