When the townhouse came on the market, I hadn't yet gone to any bank and gone through the process of getting prior approval for a loan. (My negligence.) When the townhouse of my dreams came on the market, on a Friday, I needed to secure a loan approval to make an offer they would accept. When I couldn't get a hold of my bank, I asked my financial advisor if he had advice and he recommended my to Vince. Vince immediately set about taking my information, getting information from my financial advisor, and setting me up for a pre-approved loan. He also kept working on my behalf when the seller's agent was not willing to accept my approval and offer. We finally got a letter of acceptance of 8:00 pm that evening and Vince stayed in the office answering questions from the seller's agent to assure them my loan would be approved--this all on a Friday evening.
Throughout the process I had many questions about all of the electronic documents flowing my way. I am not very tech savvy and the process seems to be all electronic. Vince helped me get on to Docusign, and navigate the constant flow of emails and my responses on which I needed a lot of hand-holding. One morning he even drove over to my apartment and helped me with some very troublesome emails that I just couldn't understand and get off a reply. He spent almost 2 hours with me that morning.
Finally, with all of that help, he was willing to also join in at the closing and he hosted with bagel treats. I could not have asked for a more caring, competent, and professional loan officer and it was such a pleasure meeting him and having him join my circle of friends.
