They were always quick to respond with both initial mortgage estimates for houses we were interested in, to all the steps getting us ready for a short closing window. We migrated here in US a few years ago and were totally clueless with all the process of buying a house. We've tried different lenders but didn't really feel that level and type of service/help we're looking for in understanding how things work. Most of them just always talk around numbers and just hard yes/no questions without much time spent on knowing our situation/constraints. We're really thankful that we're finally able to find a great team with Piatz Team. They've walk us through the whole process and really dig into our unique situation and took the time to understand our constraints related to this purchase. With that, the Piatz Team was able to plan a really good timeline that will suit our budget, type of home, apartment-end-of-lease, etc. The whole process has been really smooth. They tirelessly answer all of our (dumb) questions - which will be less actually since they kind of already know what you'll likely ask for each step and already provides the answers right away. That proves how mature and solid they are in this business. My advise - stop looking for other lenders - just get the Piatz Team and you can now stop worrying about getting your dream house because they will surely get it for you.
