Hi! I'm Bridget Ische. I'm a mortgage lender based in Prior Lake, Minnesota, and I've been helping people navigate home financing since 2005. For nearly two decades, I've had the privilege of working with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, and families refinancing homes across Prior Lake, Shakopee, Savage, Jordan, and the surrounding communities.

Giving Back & Community Involvement
One principle guides everything I do, both personally and professionally - I try to leave the world a little better than I found it. Spreading kindness matters to me, and service is a big part of how I live that out. I've spent years serving on nonprofit boards, supporting causes close to my heart, participating in mission trips, and staying actively involved in my community. I'm a 15-year member of Rotary, a Paul Harris Fellow, and regularly give my time through initiatives like Adopt a Highway, blood donation, church involvement, and civic engagement at the local and state level. Giving back isn't something I do on the side - it's part of who I am.

Life Outside of Work
Outside of work, I live in Prior Lake with my husband and our 7-year-old son, and we spend a lot of time outdoors together. As a family, we make homemade maple syrup and honey from the bees on our land - something we do for fun and as a way to stay connected to nature. Our son even sells it as his own little business, which has been a fun way to teach him about responsibility, kindness, and community. I also love traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with family and friends.
