Jon Arnold is a pleasure to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we were initially overwhelmed by all the things we needed to do. Jon was very patient with us, and broke everything down in an understandable way. He gave us the important information and let us make the decisions. He was extremely responsive and easy to reach every time we needed to ask any questions. He has many connections in Grand Rapids (and beyond, I assume) which is a major advantage when bidding against others. Reviewing and signing documents was a breeze, and any questions I had were quickly answered. I will be referring to him any family or friends who are looking to buy a house. Honestly, even if I could get a better rate with someone else (which I couldn't find anyway), I'd still stick with him for the ease and responsiveness.
