In today’s market the lending focus I use with my clients is putting together the best financing program that will work for them but also be the most attractive to a seller who is receiving multiple offers. I recommend programs and strategies that will move their offer to the top of the pile! I compliment that by using a team approach with the buyer agent and a personal outreach to the listing agent.

I have been in banking since 1992 and in mortgage lending since 2001. My previous employment also includes a bank branch manager, business specialist, municipal lending, commercial loan administration as well as owning my own fitness company.
