With more than 25 years in mortgage lending, I pride myself as being trusted advisor to individuals and high performing professionals or investors navigating home financing. Specializing in relocation buyers, new construction, second homes, investment properties and first-time homeownership I am known for asking the right questions early, delivering sharp due diligence, and communicating clearly from application to close. I also provide clients with solutions for refinancing for debt consolidation, cash out, divorce and reduced monthly payments thru our mortgage or home equity line or home equity loan products. I have extensive experience in Greater Portland and Southern Maine. Outside of work, I am fueled by early morning iced lattes, golf, fitness and yoga, outdoor adventures, and time with my daughter. I strive to bring balance, focus, and grounded energy to everything I do. I am an advocate for reducing, reusing and recycling and for reducing the chemicals that go into our food and bodies. I am also a marriage officiant in the State of Maine.
