Hello, I'm Greta Chainay, a Mortgage Loan Officer who has been helping people achieve their financial goals starting in retail banking back in 2006 and primarily focusing on Mortgages since 2016.  I take pride in ensuring all my clients receive red carpet service from application to closing.  My positive attitude, knowledge, versatility, and truly understanding my client's goals is what sets me apart from others.  When I am not doing mortgages, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going on adventures, and making people laugh and smile. 

The home purchase journey should be fun and exciting!  I understand that life is busy, and everyone is different.  Some people may just want to click on the link and never talk to me  they just want to apply, send in their documents, and want a pre-approval letter to start the house hunt - THAT'S OKAY!!  Others have several of questions, uncertainties, or may have crazy schedules and just aren't available to do things during "business hours".  Great news - I am here for you!  You can call/text/email/schedule a meeting 7 days a week!  Honestly, I prefer questions and getting to know my clients - Purchasing or Refinancing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.  You deserve to work with someone who has YOUR best interest in mind.

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don't have a large down payment saved up though, don't worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

FHA

If you're looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It's easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They're also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.

Jumbo loans

Jumbo loans offer larger loan amounts than most other loan programs. These loans are a great option if you're looking to buy a more expensive home and have a great credit score and strong financial situation.

USDA

Are you purchasing a rural property? A USDA loan is a great fit. Enjoy lower interest rates with no down payment. These loans are best suited for homebuyers with moderate to low income and are offered to rural property owners through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

VA

If you're an active member of the military or a veteran, a VA loan can help you save money with no down payment and lower closing costs. VA loans also have lower interest rates, meaning you'll save money over the life of your loan. A VA loan is a program created and guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) specifically for eligible military veterans, service members and their spouses.
