My career as a mortgage lender began more than 30 years ago. I have helped thousands of families, and often generations, buy or refinance homes. I educate my clients to understand the ever-changing mortgage guidelines and loan products. I am a lender who is available to you anytime, providing help and answering your questions from your preapproval to the closing of your loan. It is important to me to stay on top of your loan with a “hands on” approach throughout the entire process. I also encourage clients to contact me should they ever have a question following their loan closing. A lender who truly cares can make all the difference at a time that could otherwise be stressful for you. My goal is to have you as a customer for life.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. From day 1 he spoke with us at length about the mortgage process and worked with us to make our home buying process a breeze. Every time I called Mark he either answered immediately or called me back very quickly. He answered calls in evenings and weekends and always made sure things happened quickly even responding to emails quickly while on vacation abroad. I was super impressed with Mark's service and would recommend him to anyone.
If I were to do this over I'd choose to go with Mark Ebinger again for sure. There was an instance or two where a member of RMS asked for documents we already provided to Mark. There was an issue at closing where residual check to us was made out to an entity (ie our Trust) when said check in my opinion should have been made out to same entity (ie my wife & me) as the cashiers check we provided for settlement regardless of fact that our property title was in Trust's name.
