From the very beginning Kayla was very professional yet personal, informative, understanding and most of all patient. Especially dealing with first time home buyers who knew very little to nothing about the entire process ahead of us at the time. She always responded to any and every question or request we had. And if she couldn’t due to other obligations she would ask another member of her wonderful team to assist us in which their service was excellent as well! Not only did she provide all the answers we needed she went above and beyond when it was necessary to make contact with required groups for certain tasks and made it simple for tracking our progress. I don’t think anyone can prepare you for what can be a grueling, arduous, nerve wrecking road but she helped us manage and keep the stress to a bare minimum during it all! She and the team helped keep documents in order and if and when they were needed they were on top of it. I can’t say enough about how well they treated us and how positive everyone was, which goes a long way. I’d recommend Kayla and her team to anyone looking to purchase a home to call thier own!
