Chad is the best loan officer you could ask for! He helped us so much throughout the entire home buying process and we would not have been able to get our home or our loan without him. We are first time home buyers and he specializes in this. He was always ready and willing to answer all of our questions and explain everything thoroughly. One of our biggest challenges was our student loan debt. We were rejected by many banks because of this and no one would even consider us for a loan. We finally found Chad and are so thankful that we did. He was able to work with our student loans and help us get our home. We will always be forever grateful to him for helping us become first time homebuyers. There was not a single problem that he was unable to resolve. He went above and beyond what a normal loan officer would do. Working with Chad made it so that the loan process became the easiest part of the entire home buying process which usually is not the case. He is licensed in multiple states including California which is where we bought our home. We truly appreciate him and his team and recommend him for anyone who is looking for a home loan.
