For nearly 20 years, Chad and his team have been dedicated to helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership. Chad had wonderful parents growing up, but they did not own a home and moved quite a bit, resulting in Chad attending 7 different schools and at a young age that stirred a passion in Chad for real estate. Chad understands the value of homeownership for a family's stability and security and the family’s trajectory and future beyond. His experience and dedication have enabled him to assist hardworking individuals, including immigrants from approximately 70 countries, in buying their own homes over the past two decades.
