Megan Faber

Throughout my life, I have prided myself on my communication skills, ethics, and follow-through. My professional life began while earning my bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of South Florida in Tampa. With this foundation, I set the stage for my future career path in the mortgage industry, anticipating that communication was the key piece to helping families achieve their financial and home ownership goals. After graduation, I lived in San Diego, CA, and Denver, CO, before returning to Massachusetts to pursue a career in Personal Lines Insurance.

In 2016, I transitioned to the mortgage industry as a loan officer with Residential Mortgage Services. My dedication to answering questions, problem-solving, and finding the best solutions for my clients led me to this role. When Residential Mortgage Solutions was acquired by Guild in 2021, I continued with the company, believing this organization offers the best opportunities for my clients to receive top-notch service, products, and financial opportunities in an ever-changing environment.

I’m also an active board member for the New Bedford United Way’s Hunger Heroes, where I work to combat hunger in our community. This role allows me to give back and support those in need, which is incredibly fulfilling.

Meet My Team
My assistant, Sandy Parnell, has been by my side for most of my journey. Together, we impress realtors, buyers, and investors with our efficient and thorough preapproval process. Our eagerness and ability to get to the closing table set us apart in the industry.

Achievements and Hobbies
Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my commitment to client satisfaction and my ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. Outside of work, I enjoy attending music concerts and going on adventures with my family, which help me stay balanced and energized.
