Jon made the process of getting a mortgage easy, and made sure I understood each step. He was available to answer any of my questions and walked me through the process. As a first time buyer this was extremely helpful, and made me feel supported throughout the whole process. He presented different options and help me chose which would work best for me.

As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about almost every thing. Jon was very patient and kind, answered all of my questions and even shared additional relevant information about things I didn’t know or think to ask about!! Throughout the process, I never felt rushed or “embarrassed” to ask a question. Jon and his team are very kind, courteous professionals who know what they are doing. Jon is pragmatic and level-headed. We had no issues at all whatsoever with our loan. After looking at several different houses, we had an offer accepted. After the offer was accepted, I started to shop around for a mortgage. Initially we were working with a different lender, but I decided to reach out to Jon at the recommendation of my sister and her husband. I was a little unsure about switching lenders (as a first time home buyer, I didn’t even know if this was “allowed”). Jon and his team were so easy to work with- it made the house buying process less stressful. I liked that they are very prompt with communication and answered any questions for you without making it seem like you were hassling them. I highly recommend working with them when purchasing your home.
