I love to work with first-time home buyers. I enjoy helping you understand the mortgage process, which can seem complicated the first time around, and I especially enjoy helping you afford your first home. Originally from the New Bedford area, I originate mortgages in Massachusetts.
For first-time homebuyers, no down payment and low down payment mortgage loans are popular, and I help you understand the pros and cons of each mortgage program you’re considering.
My team and I look forward to helping you get financing for your home. I speak English and Portuguese and enjoy being your guide through the mortgage pre-approval and mortgage approval processes.
