Kate Reagan

Kate Reagan has spent the last 30 years helping borrowers find their way to homeownership;even when the path isn't obvious.

 

She began her career in 1996 after graduating from Smith College. What started as a one-year commitment quickly became a lifelong profession. Kate learned the business from the ground up, developing a deep understanding of lending guidelines and how to structure loans that others might overlook.

 

Today, Kate specializes in helping borrowers who don't always fit the traditional lending box: self-employed clients, buyers with complex income, or those using down-payment assistance programs. Her approach is simple: listen first, understand the client's goals, and then find the solution.

 

Known among Realtors for her reliability and thorough pre-approvals, Kate's transactions consistently close on time because she takes the time to get things right from the beginning. Her philosophy is rooted in transparency, education, and advocacy; ensuring clients fully understand their options before making major financial decisions.

 

Outside of lending, Kate is an avid traveler and adventurer who loves exploring new cities, hiking scenic landscapes, kayaking, and scuba diving. Her perfect day involves navigating somewhere she's never been before; discovering local culture, cuisine, and hidden gems along the way.
