The communication was great
Jamie Pollard and his team were very knowledgeable and know Berkshire County very well.
Loan application process was well explained, communications was timely, and lastly they met the schedule estimate they targeted for.
As always, the communication was key. Loved being kept in loop throughout the process and especially when it came to appraisal status. The whole process felt efficient and extremely professional!
