In 2002, I embarked my journey in the mortgage industry as a retail loan officer. Six years later, I seized an opportunity to transition into a management role, a decision I have never regretted. Over the past 16 years, coaching and training loan officers has become my passion. Drawing from my experience as a loan officer, I provide valuable guidance to my team, navigating them through the fluctuations of the mortgage industry. While my top priority is fostering the growth of my team, I remain committed to assisting clients in finding the perfect mortgage solution for their needs.  

Beyond the confines of work, my wife and I devote the majority of our time to supporting our three children in their various sporting endeavors. When I’m not cheering them on from the sidelines, you’ll likely find me indulging in my love for fishing or hunting amidst the beauty of the great outdoors.
