Frank Herrera

I am a Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage, excited to serve the Wichita community and help individuals and families on their path to homeownership. My wife, our son, and I are new to the Wichita area, but we’re longtime Kansas residents with deep roots in this state. We have been truly blessed to have moved here. My wife also has a start-up boutique, Kansas Sky Boutique, which she proudly operates. My son and I have started our journey into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu last year, which we really enjoy. I also began attending F3 Wichita, a men's workout group, which has more to do than just fitness. Additionally, we have a great church family that we have joined. 

I graduated from Dodge City High School and began serving my community early on— through local law enforcement and by joining the Kansas Army National Guard at 17. I continue to serve proudly today. I am currently part of the Active Guard Reserve with the 1-161 Field Artillery Battalion, where I serve as the Master Gunner. My military career has taken me on two deployments: Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2007 to 2008, and the Horn of Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2011 to 2012.

In 2020, I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Technology and Leadership through Fort Hays State University. After several years of fostering, my wife and I adopted our son—an experience that has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives.

As I begin my journey in mortgage origination, I remain committed to serving my community with integrity, compassion, and dedication. My goal is to guide each client through the homebuying process with clarity and care.
