Joe' Fritter

Joe’ (sounds like JOEY) Fritter, is a Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage in the Fort Scott, Kansas branch which is also where she lives on her family farm. Joe’ is surrounded by cows, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs. Joe’ and her husband have 4 children and 5 grandchildren, with one more on the way.

Joe’ has been a loan officer since March 2022. Prior to this, she worked in healthcare for 34 years. Joe’ saw becoming a loan officer as another way to help people—this time by assisting them in achieving their dream of home ownership. Joe’s healthcare background instilled in her the importance of trust, communication, and building strong relationships, which she brings into her mortgage practice.

Joe’ finds great joy in helping young couples buy their first home, guiding others in purchasing their forever home, and supporting clients through the home loan process. Joe’ is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and is dedicated to finding the best loan product for families in both states.
