When talking to representatives for Guild, the care, thoroughness, and patience in explaining procedures and processes was extremely well executed. Personal one-on-one actions achieved true due diligence - nicely done and reassuring. Two minor items for improvement are phone call messages and the video summaries. If someone says they will call again, do so and in a reasonable time frame. From a couple of expected phone calls, one was a few days later and one never occurred. The videos seemed to be repetitious of email communication which was sent first - no new, real informatin presented. Again, the person-to-person contact was topnotch.
