Chris Sanders

I believe the reason my experience was great was because of Chris Sanders. He formulated and shared models for the restructuring of my mortgage. In creating these models, he considered all aspects of what is happening in my life that prompted the restructuring. It was not until he was confident that he had found the best path for me that he set the mortgage in motion. That gave me confidence that I was doing what was best for my circumstances. My computer and other tech skills are not the greatest. Chris walked me through many aspects of working through the electronic process without making me feel as if I was causing a delay or making his work more difficult. Chris gave me confidence that I was doing the right thing in restructuring my mortgage and that he was the best person to do the restructuring that was perfect for my needs.

Chris walked me through every possible scenario to help me get the perfect refinance through Guild. He covered all my questions and made sure I understood his answers correctly. He regularly updated me with changes on the market along with any missing information that I needed to send over. I was very happy with the lender credit that was offered to me, thanks to the help of Chris, for uncovering that availability to me.
