I've been helping clients throughout Illinois and the Kane County area get mortgages since 2004. I work with every type of client, but I particularly enjoy helping new home-buyers. Millennials and GenZ's in particular seem to appreciate the personalized attention they receive. In our increasingly internet-based world, many clients find there is no substitute for face-to-face meetings with a professional who is dedicated to guiding them carefully through the mortgage process. When people are making a decision as important as a mortgage, they like to know the person on the other end of the phone, and I'm always there for my clients every step of the way.
Of course our office will never turn a way an easy loan, few companies will, but we're also not afraid to roll up our sleeves and solve problems for clients who have been turned away from large institutions. Many clients who may need down-payment assistance, who have a complicated credit history, or have other obstacles to finding a mortgage in Illinois will be glad to have my dedicated, innovative, and hard-working team on their side.

The secrets to my 21 years of success have been hard work and flexibility. Many large institutions are constrained by corporate guidelines and management mandates that prevent them from exploring every possible option for a client. I'm able to study new programs as they emerge, to try new loan products, and to explore options across the field of lenders which allows my clients to lock in mortgages at competitive rates, often with down payment assistance.
