Not only do I have an extensive background in Conventional loans, I also specialize in FHA, VA, down payment assistance programs, and grant programs, allowing me to assist numerous clients in achieving the dream of home ownership! I am also a licensed Renovation Specialist and work with several builders in new construction, allowing you to create your dream home through either customization or renovation.
