Mark understood our needs, timeline, and did everything he could do to take care of us. He was always responsive and proactive in keeping up with us throughout the process. We tried working with a few other lenders but once we found Mark, we immediately moved forward with him. He was the only one who truly tried to understand our buying process, understand our options as a buyer and the parts of the loan, and made sure we were 100% comfortable with any decision we made. He made thoughtful recommendations and for our buying situation and helped us understand all options with their benefits and consequences.
