Kim Martorano is a Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator and Processor with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She started her career in 1994 working with clients with less than perfect credit and income situations, then specializing in self-employed borrowers and diligently sought the best financing for them. Since Kim has the unique experience of both originating and processing loans, this gives her the ability to look at her loans with a dual perspective with anticipating the proper document upfront for clean approvals and quick closings. Kim offers Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA loans, as well as first-time homebuyer down payment assistance programs.

Kim recognizes that each file is unique and complex in their own way, so she ensures and verifies that each file is documented correctly, processed precisely, approved and closed without a hitch – making sure you get into your home as quickly as possible. One of Kim’s greatest joys is meeting with first-time home buyers and turning their dreams into reality. On a personal note, Kim and her husband, Chris, are not only mortgage partners, they are proud parents of three children, Jessica, Jeremy & Mitchell.
