We shopped four different lenders prior to pursuing our home, mostly recommendations given by friends and family, and Rick demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with the mortgage lending market that was yards above the rest. Not much time needed to pass before my wife and I were completely assured with our choice. Rick was assertive in helping us find an adequate home that fit our circumstances, communicating with is via phone call and text message to run the numbers on properties we liked, and, in some cases, while my wife and I were on site with our realtor viewing those properties. Like I said, we couldn't have submitted a timely offer in some of the competitive situations we were in without Rick. Furthermore, through conversations regarding our circumstances for buying a home, Rick provided me recommendations for an insurance agent and an accountant to do our taxes, and Rick's recommendations were spot-on. After our closing, Rick even helped my wife and I plqn a strategy to improve our credit. My wife and I have received nothing but friendly, personalized, and abundantly capable service from Rick and all of his associates. I understand feeling the need to shop around for the best lender, and I don't discourage anybody not to do so, but with the utmost confidence I will endorse Rick Litton as the best around from here on out.
