Rick Litton is a Team Manager and Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator. He has been in mortgage banking for over 25 years. Today, he is proud to be a part of the Litton Loan Group at Guild Mortgage. Rick received the Chicago Five Star Mortgage Professional Award for 3 consecutive years. He and his team specialize in all types of home loans to find the best loan program for you – First Time Homebuyer Programs, FHA, VA, Jumbo and Conventional loans.

Rick and his wife started a 501C3 charity called Hearts for Hope in 2020 and have delivered over 10,000 care packs to people experiencing homelessness. Rick is an avid golfer and when he is not working on lowering his clients’ interest rates, you can probably find him on a local golf course working on lowering his handicap.
