Matt Hufford is a Mortgage Loan Originator. His top priority is communication. He makes a point that each borrower and agent he works with is always informed throughout each stage of the loan process. “I want each borrower to get to the closing table feeling everything went smoothly and that the experience was a positive one. I want each agent I work with feeling that when they needed anything from me, I was always quick to respond and keep them in the loop at all times.”

Matt looks at each client as if they were a family member or good friend. “It’s important to me that we enjoy working together; but what is paramount, is that they have all the facts laid out in front of them so they can make an educated decision on which loan type, how much to put down, length of loan, etc. This way they are comfortable and confident in knowing they have the best suited loan for them based on their financial situation and the conversations we’ve had.”

Some programs Matt offers include conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, first-time homebuyer down payment assistance programs, renovation and jumbo loans.

Outside of the office, Matt and his wife live in Downers Grove with their 2 daughters and dog. He enjoys being active playing sports such as basketball, tennis and softball. If he gets up to a 5-hour window and the weather is nice, Matt will likely be found on the golf course.
