Kimberly McClinton, Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator in Aurora, IL, has been in the housing industry since 2004. Throughout her diverse career, Kimberly has worked in many different areas of the mortgage process and has overseen thousands of families and individuals who have become homeowners.

Kimberly’s unique experience has given her an understanding of the diverse product offerings as well as the servicing of a mortgage. She offers conventional, USDA, first-time homebuyer down payment assistance programs, renovation, and jumbo loans, while specializing in FHA 203k and VA loans. She focuses on the needs of her borrowers, ensuring they have a full knowledge of the lending process, and providing the best option to achieve their goals.

Kimberly lives in the suburbs of Chicago and has been married since 1986. They have three children and 12 grandchildren together. She is part of the Chicago Association of Realtors and REO Force Committee. When she’s not busy she stays socially active for the betterment of mankind.
