Kara Morris is a Mortgage Loan Originator in Aurora, IL. She is passionate about helping her clients secure a mortgage they can afford while treating every client like family.

With almost 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Kara’s background gives her a unique ability to foresee issues with getting approved. By addressing those potential issues up front, her clients have a smooth experience in obtaining a mortgage.

She says the most important part of the loan process is getting to know her clients and their goals for a mortgage, whether it is homeownership or a refinance. Then, getting to learn their budget, not just knowing a dollar amount for which they can be approved. She gives them her full attention and makes sure they clearly understand the entire mortgage process.

Kara offers a wide range of products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, First-time homebuyer, Down Payment Assistance, Renovation, and Jumbo loans.

Kara is actively involved in her community outside of work. She’s involved in Yorkville Kiwanis – WESOS Yorkville and Geneva Chapters and Kaneland District 302. Kara is married with three children. She’s an active theatre supporter and Kaneland mom.
