I am a Sales Manager/Loan Officer working both the Central Texas and Great Lakes Regions for Guild. I am a Chicago area native having lived most of my life in the northwest and western suburbs of Chicago. My wife and I recently built a home in the Bryan/College Station area of Texas to spend more time with our grandchildren (and avoid Chicago winters). I have been in the mortgage business over 30 years working as a Loan Officer, Branch Manager, and Sales Manager. During those 30 plus years I have received a number of accolades, but the most important recognition in my opinion is the gratitude from the many customers I have helped to become homeowners during my tenure in the industry. Whether you are currently renting and trying to figure out how to overcome the hurdles to homeownership, or are a seasoned investor adding another property to your portfolio, I look forward to the opportunity to help you make the best decision possible in terms of financing

My experience working with John Price and Guild Mortgage was wonderful. Exceptional, truly. John was patient and happy to answer all of my questions - and I had many. He maintained regular communication with me and provided updates when applicable; in addition, he replied to me promptly whenever I reached out. I feel very fortunate to have had this team supporting me.
John professionalism and industry knowledge is the best. Working with John as we have in the past was once again seamless and to protection. I am confident in his commitment to customers and completely trust his judgment and guidance. I have and will continue to recommend John to other contemporary in my business and personal relationships. Outstanding work!
John was referred to me by a family member. He was very clear and communicative about the whole process. John took his time to explain things thoroughly and was kind to follow up with me on tasks to keep the process going and run smoothly. He advocated for my requests and overall I had a great experience working with John!
