About Me

Cindy Allen is passionate about helping her clients fulfill their dreams of homeownership and considers every client a part of her family.

She says the most important part of the loan process is getting to know the borrower and their goals for a mortgage, whether it is home ownership or a refinance. Then, getting to learn their budget, not just knowing a dollar amount for which they can be approved. Therefore, her focus is on educating her clients on the mortgage process resulting in an experience that is less confusing and overwhelming. She gives them her full attention and makes sure they clearly understand, and their questions are answered.

For first-time home buyers, her experience has been that by educating her clients on the loan process at the beginning, the result is an experience in which they have a better understanding, and less stress with the process. Her service is the same for more seasoned clients and returning clients because the mortgage process is ever changing.

For first timers, returning clients, investors, buyers looking to expand or downsize, Cindy has you covered. Cindy has a wide range of product offerings, known as loan programs. These programs include Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, First-time homebuyer, DPA – Down Payment Assistance, Renovation, and Jumbo loans. Ensuring that her clients have the best product to meet their homeownership needs is her goal. Because, as mentioned earlier, they are family.

Cindy is a Batavia resident, where she, alongside Dennis, her husband of over thirty years, raised three children. Now that the children are grown, they enjoy their time as empty nesters. Her favorite is to share her summer days in Wisconsin going boating and water-skiing at a family home.

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

If you’re purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.


If you’re looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It’s easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.
