Chai Charin is a Team Manager/Mortgage Loan Originator. He has been in the mortgage industry since 2000 and is committed to helping clients with the biggest purchase of their lives. Chai truly enjoys working on numbers to help clients easily understand the monthly payment and total out of pocket money needed to purchase or refinance a home. He loves his team; they do everything in-house, giving the ability to control loans from beginning to end.
Chai has a passion for providing his clients with the best customer service. He makes himself available during the evening and weekend because he fully understands that buying a home or refinancing can be very stressful. He promises to always listen to the needs of his clients and believes in keeping his customers for life. Chai and his team provide constant communication with all parties involved in the mortgage and loan transaction, so everyone is always on the same page.
