Carl Melby is a Team Manager and Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He makes a point to put his client’s first, believes in strong ethics and is committed to high standards and education. Carl is passionate about the mortgage industry and displays his knowledge and experience through his actions. He makes a point to really listen to his clients and asks questions about their expectations for their ideal home, the amount of payment they can afford, and what is important to them for their future. Knowing these details helps Carl to find the right loan program to fit their needs. He offers VA, USDA, first-time homebuyer down payment assistance programs, and renovation loans, but considers himself an professional in conventional, Jumbo and FHA.
Outside of work, Carl is actively involved in his community. He and his wife have been married for almost 40 years and have three children and grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, antique cars and traveling.
