In 2020, Cari Zepeda began as a Mortgage Loan Originator in Aurora, IL.  She is passionate about helping her clients fulfill their dreams of homeownership. She works hard to analyze each client's personal and financial situation as if it were her own loan or family member's loan. "It is important to think outside the box for both short-term and long-term goals, and how we can achieve them together. Looking at the whole financial scenario allows me to offer mortgage products that fit my client's needs." Cari offers FHA, conventional, VA, USDA, first-time homebuyer down payment assistance programs, renovation and jumbo loans. She was excited to receive the 2025 Rising Star Award.  Outside of the office, Cari is married with two amazing sons.  Cari's hobbies include volunteering her time to help those in her community, traveling, camping, cross stitching, and organizing.
