Welcome! Thank you for visiting my website! I have lived in the Nampa ID area since May of 2005. My wife and I moved from Seattle some 15+ years ago to be closer to family and to start our own family in the beautiful Treasure Valley. We absolutely love living in Idaho. It is a wonderful place filled with incredibly warm people beautiful scenery and great opportunities to explore the outdoors! My wife Heather and I have two daughters Grace and Lily. The girls are very involved with softball volleyball and gymnastics as well as other various activities with our church and community. We love to travel and visit the many out-of-the-way places Idaho has to afford. We have enjoyed some great trips camping fishing or just having a soak in one of the many natural hot springs located within driving distance of home! In addition to that the girls are very active in the local musical theater and we find ourselves attending many of the events put on by the vibrant arts community of the Nampa/Boise area. After graduating with a Master's Degree in School Counseling my wife began working as a school counselor for a local Middle School pursuing her passion for helping students and families achieve their goals and dreams! Between all those events we find ourselves very busy and wouldn't have it any other way! I have worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. Starting as a banker with Washington Mutual Bank and working for various institutions and mortgage companies over the years. During that time I have been a personal banker loan processor loan underwriter loan closer and loan originator. As a result of these different job titles I have had the privilege of experiencing every facet of the loan process from application to closing. I have also received training through various agencies from Idaho Housing & Finance FHA Veteran's Administration Rural Housing Fannie Mae Freddie Mac and many more. I absolutely love the ability that we have to help people achieve their dream of homeownership! Whether it's a beautiful new home in which to raise your family a vacation property to make memories in or a rental property to create wealth ?
