I’ve been originating mortgages for more than 20 years, and even after all this time, the part I love most is still the people. I’ve always believed this business is about a lot more than numbers and paperwork. It’s about listening, understanding what someone is trying to accomplish, explaining things in a way that actually makes sense, and helping people feel confident about the decisions they’re making.

 

I was born and raised in Idaho, and I’m incredibly proud to call the Treasure Valley home. I’ve watched Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell and the surrounding communities grow and change over the years, so I especially enjoy helping people who are relocating to Idaho and want someone in their corner who truly knows the area.

 

My achievements are something I’m proud of, but to me they represent years of relationships, hard work and trust from the clients and referral partners I’ve had the opportunity to work with. I’m a Top 1% Loan Officer, a multi-year President’s Club producer and have been recognized as a Scotsman Guide Top Originator for the last two consecutive years. Throughout my career, I’ve served more than 3,100 clients and have been part of more than $750 million in team production.

Today, I lead a licensed family mortgage team, which makes this chapter of my career especially meaningful. My daughter and my mom are both licensed and work alongside me. We’ve built our team around the same things that matter most to me personally: integrity, meaningful relationships, loyalty, expertise and appreciation. We communicate, we educate, we tell people the truth, and we work hard to make sure our clients never feel like just another transaction.

 

One of my favorite parts of lending is figuring things out. Sometimes the path is simple, and sometimes we need to ask more questions, look at the situation from a different angle and find a better way forward. I genuinely enjoy that problem-solving side of the business, but just as important to me is making sure our clients feel comfortable asking questions and understand the “why” behind the decisions we make together.

 

My hobbies are really centered around the people I love. Family is a huge part of my life, and outside of work I love spending time with my husband, our daughters and my granddaughter. I also enjoy traveling, getting out and enjoying Idaho, concerts and events, and making memories with the people closest to me.

 

After more than two decades in this business, I’m still incredibly grateful that people trust me with such an important part of their lives. My goal has always been pretty simple: treat people well, be honest, know my craft, and make sure every client feels like they have the right people in their corner.
