Terry Heffner is an Idaho native and proud Boise resident with over 30 years of experience in real estate. As the Idaho Area Manager, Loan Officer, and Team Lead for the Heffner Group at Guild Mortgage, Terry is here to make your home-buying journey not just successful, but enjoyable! His mission? To create “customers for life” by providing top-notch service that feels personal and tailored just for you.

Terry's background is as colorful as his personality. A proud graduate of Bishop Kelly High School and Boise State University, he earned his BBA in marketing while dazzling fans as a four-year letterman in Broncos football. When he’s not working hard for his clients, you can find him cheering on his beloved BSU team or getting involved in local community initiatives like the Bishop Kelly High Foundation, Little League Baseball and Optimist Football. Terry, along with his wife Kirstin, is also a proud parent of two, Hannah and William, and a delighted grandparent to two energetic grandchildren, and two more on the way!

The Heffner Group, established in 2000, is a close-knit family. Alongside Terry, Amy Johnson has been with the team since 2001, and in 2019, they welcomed Hannah Martin. In 2023, the team expanded with Business Development Coordinator Hannah Reynolds, bringing even more enthusiasm and expertise to the mix. Our in-house processors, Kali Houdek and Bre Senden, along with Operations Manager Diane Bramble and funder Kayleen McClenny, are all dedicated professionals who ensure a seamless loan process and a fun, engaging experience.
