Hannah Martin

I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho where I attended Bishop Kelly High School. I attended Gonzaga University where I graduated with my Bachelors in Business Administration in 2017. After graduation, I moved back to Boise where I spent 2 years in business development at Pioneer Title Company. After getting my feet wet in real estate, I decided to make a move to Guild Mortgage to join the Heffner Group in 2019. Family is everything to me and it is a blessing to have the opportunity to learn the business from my father.

I am forever a fan of the Treasure Valley and Idaho as a whole. I am happily married to my loving husband, Cody and I am a mama to one sweet little boy. Some of my favorite things are exploring the great outdoors with my family and golden retriever, Huck; baking yummy treats and goodies, and watching football and Formual-1 with my boys.

Helping people achieve the homebuying dream is something I am passionate about. First-time buyers hold a special place in my heart, and I find so much joy in being a guiding light throughout the homebuying journey for them. Lending is so fun because I can work actively in my community through building and fostering great relationships with clients and partners. I feel honored and blessed to be a part of such a monumental experience in peoples’ lives.
