Find the loan to fit your life

Select from hundreds of loan products tailored to your needs

About me

My passion for residential lending began in 1996 as a loan processor for National Bank of Alaska. That first year in the industry was hard but I learned so much. In 1997, I began originating home loans and fell in love with helping people finance homes. Not only is it a challenging and constantly changing profession that challenges me intellectually, but it rewards me socially and emotionally as well.

What I love most about my profession is I get the privilege of meeting so many great people. It is so rewarding to work with families over the years that I not only help once but become a trusted advisor, friend, and an extension of family.

In addition to my day to day serving of valued customers, my position also allows me to be involved in my community. Over the years, I have been blessed to participate in many aspects of my community from professional organizations like Women's Council of Realtors, to sponsoring local youth sports teams, to volunteering time as a bell ringer for Salvation Army as well as many others. Every day is a new blessing.

Reverse mortgage loan

If you’re retired or at least 62 years old and looking to purchase or refinance to make the most of your home investment, this may be a good option for you. A reverse mortgage allows you to use the equity in your home to supplement your retirement income.

USDA

USDA

Are you purchasing a rural property? A USDA loan is a great fit. Enjoy lower interest rates with no down payment. These loans are best suited for homebuyers with moderate to low income and are offered to rural property owners through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
VA

VA

If you’re an active member of the military or a veteran, a VA loan can help you save money with no down payment and lower closing costs. VA loans also have lower interest rates, meaning you’ll save money over the life of your loan. A VA loan is a program created and guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) specifically for eligible military veterans, service members and their spouses.

All loans are subject to underwriter approval; terms and conditions may apply. Subject to change without notice.
