Mark Roos

Mark Roos is a Branch Manager with Guild Mortgage, proudly serving homebuyers across Sioux City, Sergeant Bluff, Hinton, Lawton, Dakota Dunes, South Sioux City, and communities throughout the Siouxland area. Licensed in Iowa, South Dakota, and Nebraska, Mark has been helping people finance their homes since 2001.

Whether he's assisting a first-time homebuyer, helping a growing family move into their next home, financing a second home, or guiding a borrower through FHA or VA financing, Mark believes the best mortgage experience starts with listening. His approach is direct, thorough, and focused on asking the right questions so clients can make informed decisions with confidence. He takes pride in explaining the mortgage process in simple, understandable terms and making himself available when clients need him, including evenings and weekends.

Mark especially enjoys working with military members from the 185th Air Refueling Wing, as well as educators, first responders, law enforcement professionals, and public service employees throughout the region. A member of Sunnybrook Community Church, Mark is deeply connected to the Siouxland community he serves.

When he's not helping borrowers, you'll likely find him on the golf course, out boating, enjoying a poker game, or working on classic cars, including his restored 1964 Impala.
